Had a really enjoyable time during NUS training just now. It's been TOO long... TOO long since i played in a handball match plus join in the training. I think this injury has only just fueled me to want to play handball even more..!
Although i was the weakess link as i can only run straight( no side steps, no sprints, no jumpshots etc), it was exciting to be able to play again. The adrealine run that you get from scoring or creating goals is just Sweet~ It's also fun because the level of Handball is at a level where everybody is of a certain standard.. Not much mispass, misshot, wrong timing etc. The passes were mostly precise and a lot of creativity were in the game. Good keeping by the keepers and also good shots by most of the players! THIS IS HANDBALL!!

Honestly i feel that KR handball is too well stagant in terms of progress. We are too comfortable with just doing training only when there is IHG coming along and pretending that we are contenders for the trophy when the effort put in is so much lesser than what other halls put in... We have a lot a lot of very good potentials every year but somehow we lack the KEy factor. A burning desire to be the Best handball player ever produced in KR. There are still a lot to be improved if we want to win the trophy next yr. I m burning with desire to win it! i WIL WIN IT I MUST WIN IT!!

Shall try to grab hold of the potentials star players and hopefully they will have amount of passion for the sports like some of us... Hopefully more of the players will be able to come for recre handball at the very least. Hopefully the senior players will be able to go for NUS training to build up on our skills.



Thinking back i think that QingHuan did an excellent job in influencing my batch of handballers to have the passion for the sports. I hoped that i had done/can do the same for this current batch of year 1s... For our sweet victory next year, I shall make sure that i get my fitness to a level where i am satisfied with!



One month away from the Exams.. CRUnch time! Feels great that a single game of handball makes me very motivated to Pursue excellence once more~

The awkward silence of the night slowly creeps up upon the troubled heart. there is nothing to look forward in staying up but yet insomonia forces him to stay awake... just went to shoot some ball in the B blk area.. It's really a good feeling to be shooting balls... Felt so much better after shooting the balls.. almost seems like all my frustrations etc are shot away with every shot... Spent a good 1 hour just doing some accuracy training and also training up my secret weapon for next year...

Shiok! i shall do it everyday if i can..=) Day 1 of training for my secret weapon... I guess visualisation really helps.. been visualising how to do it and i succeeded today! The thing is it's not as hard or as precise as i want it to be.. but i guess with a lot of training it will come to me!

One of my shot hit the bar and the ball fell behind the fence on the side of the goalpost... Felt almost helpless man.. luckily for Colin who came to my rescue by climbing over to get the ball for me.. Things like this keeps me in check that i still have long way to go before i regain my full fitness...

Anyway very glad for shimin who led her KR steppers to a 2nd in cheerobics!! you all rock man!! very glad that the effort put in is being rewarded. keep aiming for a higher level pple! Keep improving and very soon KR steppers will be a household name!


Good performance by our Dancers in DAnce uncensored today.. It's my first time attending this performance due to the many stuffs( tuition etc) that i had. Very glad that i went there. The hot dances, Silky moves by the dancers from all the halls... Impressive!! Although i must say there are some dances that i cant really appreciate yet me being a brute and all... Haha. I think the sexy dance by KR really steamed up the whole place!! I almost bleed to death..(just joking.) Good performance, good company.... Shiok! KR rocks.!


Anyway went guild house on friday to lim jiu as i have been craving for a drink for quite some time... thanks vincent for the tickets..! ( though i supposingly had the tickets myself but somehow i tot we werent gg so dint collect). Although the crowd was like DAMN old, but the place is pretty good with good music, good company of Ron and Dilys. There were also this promoter who is damn amusing.. hahz. anyway i supposed if next time there are such events, we should really get the whole block if not hte whole hall to go.. Firstly, it's near. 2nd, atmosphere is not bad. 3rd, cheap beer and wines. SUPERB!

went out to watch 300 with my jc frens today.. needed to go out for a breather though i haven been doing much work these 2 days...

After watching it twice i still feel that it's a very good show... I especially like the fact tat every spartan warriors protect the person on his left and his right. to fight as one...

totally enjoyed talking rubbish to my jc frens after the movie.. ate at this thai food place in Wisma which is quite the bomb... the green curry is really very nice!! plus the tom yam soup... *drool*


Hopefully i can have more outings... Haven been going out for a long time...

Been gyming recently.... Now my muscles are killing me.. Shall make a point to do gym regularly, shun pian do my physio.. My knee still swollen though strength and mobility wise i think i am doing pretty well.

anyway met up recently with jianwei and ronson in jurong east mrt. had a simple meal and chatted. i guess i enjoy hanging out with my cdo frens.. Though we dun meet up that often, we are still very close to one another. glad that jw has found the one le.

on 2nd note, heard that one of my fren bought his first car.. guess wat model? BMW 3series!! omG! and it's not his father's money.. pro man.!


Kinda wan to buy so many things now but have to control myself..
