Haven been blogging for a period of time already. Just suddenly feel like writing . Just had HR2002 paper yesterday. I must say that I really agree with some of my friends who mentioned that this module no nid to study because the qns are really open ended.

There is this qn that is of particular interest to me. "Find a job that you love and you never have to work a single day of your life".Personally I really agree with this statement. I guess when you find a job that you like, you can go through whatever shit is thrown at you. Really hope that all my friends will find a job that they love soon =)

E blk FInal Year Gathering 22nd April

I organised our first E blk Fyp 07/08 dinner outing on 22nd April. I must say that the turnout is really quite encouraging for me to organise more in the future. Although a few of them could make it due to training and lessons, we really had a lot of fun talking about the past. A particular person whom i shall not mention names. Really made me nostalgic. Anyway the dinner was held at our usual XO fish head soup place in Ginza area and our hall resident of the year Mr(Future Prof) Tan Teck Yong treated us! =) Hope that there will be plently of future outings where all of us can come together and catch up on old times when we graduate. Gg to really miss hall and all my friends.

First Group photo taken! The quality of the photo is not as good because it is taken with Alvin's handphone. Next time i will bring a camera(when i buy one). When we asked this passerby to take photo for us, some of us were considering the possibility of the person running off with Alvin's phone and preparing to run after him. We have such biases man.! I shall not disclose the race of the person whom we asked him to help us take photo. Guess yourself. haha. But he's really nice to stop and help us take though!! so.. kudos to him

WE will Rock You Concert. 27th March 2008.

We will Rock You Concert is really very good. It's the first time that I watch a proper musical other than the hall based one. No offense to the hall based one which i think is pretty good but THIS is something!! The singing rocks and i enjoyed it so much that i bought the CD with the soundtrack. Damn nice! Thanks Huiching for organising and helping us get the tickets.

Kushinbo

Went to Kushinbo with the PRU gang recently. it's been like 4 years since i went kushinbo. Really wanted to go check it out. Was kinda disappointed with it actually cos i prefer the old concept where you can order whatever you want. it has become very sakura buffet style. There is no Unagi which i love also. However the company made up for it and we had fun taking photos andtalking rubbish. They tried askago(snail) which i dint cos i am scared i get rashes again. I had food allergy the last time i tried it. Not sure if it's the snail but its better to play safe. I promise Elaine to bring her there since year 1 but up to now still haven go there yet. Lol. Soon okay soon! After exams we go!

Been doing fyp for some time. Found out a lot of new ideas to write just that I just cant seems to organise it properly.

Have hard time starting on the lit review part

I barely slpt 6 hrs the past 2 days. lol. freaking tired now but gt work to do.

Had to rush out to meet a client who decided to alter her policy. For some reasons there is a lot of hiccups doing up her policy but i guess that's a good news for me as I was able to pick up a lot of things along the way. Now ai zai le muahaha.


Tuition at 5pm before I can come back for a rest.

Hall production.

Personally i felt this yr production wasnt fantastic. Not because of the cast or what but rather the story as a whole. However there were fantastic moments like the youtube and Today News part. Particularly enjoyed that a lot.

I realised that I have watched all 4 productions while in hall. Must say that Memories of The Red Autumn was the best production among the 4. With outstanding props to interesting plots and good acting. However the one I feel for the most got to be Morning glory. I think that it was one of the most enjoyable one! The people involved in it were very fun and happening pple and I really enjoyed working with them.

Is it possible to feel lonely in a crowd?






Anyway been really busy with work. Deadlines and Deadlines due next week. 1 Presentation, 1 reflection paper, 1 project. Then it will be catching up on work! so not looking forward =s


Hall production I feel is not very good. I think that the previous years were much better. Although there were moments where it was funny but when compared with the previous years, it isnt outstanding at all.

Guess what my tuition kid and his sister bought me when i went for tuition today? A box of condoms.. OMG... hahah

I was like so DIAO! But well i think they are a bunch of cute kids lol.

Will you be scared if a dog this size were to approach you when u are standing out the gate? This is what happens to me every time i go tuition. But the dog is damn cute actually. Doesnt bite and apparently likes me a lot. Duno why. (maybe cos Shuai) LOL

PS: The dog is HUGE. Man size. Probably bigger than Pearline when he were to stand on two legs.

Anyway the reason why i am finally able to post pictures on my blog is because i just bought a new phone!! FINALLY! Nokia 6500 Slide. Think i got myself a good deal as I was aiming for this phone since quite some time back just that i dint want to buy because my contract wasnt 21mth yet. At first it was $238, but when i wanted to buy a few days ago there was this one week promotion selling it at $118.!! $120 savings! Of cos i buy right? Lol

On another note. This week is gg to be hell. Esp Tmr. Jam Packed. Project meeting, Exams, Project meetings. All the way till 12pm still have to do project i think =s

Cant wait for next thurs. =)

Yesterday session at Stamford's place was superb... The only pity is tat we dint really take much photos.. WIth good food, texus holdem and the all addictive 8 console Winning Eleven, its no wonder it is such a great success! His dog was damn cute as well. Makes me feel like getting one also though i know definately that i will have no time to take care of it when i graduate and start to work...

Many issues like should i downgrade cos of my knee( and risk beening thrown to be a storeman and serve foreveeeeerr) or serve finish(must freaking train up. hope my knee can take it), how to get more appts, how to convince my parents of my decision, how to return laptop loans, how to pay back Tuition loans etc etc etc..

Having grad trip woes....

Firstly i Really REALLY want to make this grad trip a really different and enjoyable one.

My first choice of venue will be EUROPE! but it's such an expensive place to go and thus many of my frens are very adversive about gg there. Hmm..

Then Japan.. I feel like gg also but hmm.. kiv

Then Taiwan, most of my hall frens seems to be inclined to go there. I dun mind gg there to explore too but somehow i dun wan it to be my ONLY destination for travel.


Actually i dun mind travelling around south east asia! cos our money is bigger than can live like a king while exploring the dif places.. =ssss HOW!!


SO MANY Options... !


FOr me personally i think the company counts a lot too.. hmm... I tink will just go plan for europe and c how.. cos there dun seem to be a confirmed group anywhere.... work out a budget then jio frens seems like a good plan.

still cant believe that we actually got knocked out from semis...

After all our hardwork and effort, We still dint managed to go semis...

It's really a long time since i have felt this amount of disappointment. cant help thinking of it... I guess with higher expectations, you have higher disappointment. Wish that somehow things could be dif... We can argue that the ref calls were bad etc.. but eventually nobody will remember the bad calls, they will only remember who won.

Hate this feeling that i am experiencing now. I guess I m not that strong after all... I always tot pple who cry after match are a bit drama but now i can totally relate to it. The kind of disappointment and despair at losing the game because you lack the element of luck.

premature end of season.

So today marks the end of my IHG season as a KR player... really disappointed now...

(warning this might be biased)
I understand that referee's job is a tough one but to consistently give bad calls for 2 matches is just ... bad calls for today include 2 penalty, 1 or 2 (2mins) foul, and a out ball that was not given which caused one goal. That is a total of 3 goals and counting cos we conceded a few goals cos we were 1 man down.


Also today my shooting were super off. No strength in the shot at all... perhaps it got to do with the fact that i am carrying a knee injury into the game.. injured my knee slightly at the KR TH match in which we won 19-18. i just dun seem to be able to throw the ball hard enough. Also not very accurate which results in many miss shots. Think it affected my confidence a lot.

This is my last year playing IHG le and I really felt that we were able to win this IHG GOLD as we really had a strong team.. Overall I felt that we played well despite the lost though we fail to capitalise on our lead. Also there is an element of inexperience too as at some point of time we were panicking even though we should not be..

ARGHHH... Really really disappointed. We made history by being the first handball kr team to not qualify for at least a SEMIS... SIGHH......

Tattered and torn. Bruises all over. Hip, elbow palm. both knee pain. But still lost...=( the last shot that i made should be a penalty.... =( freaking open then suddenly i am in the air and fall on my side... SIGGHGHHGHHHH
